The balance of the cost will be due 1 month before your arrival date.

In making a booking a separate cheque for £100 breakage deposit should be submitted with the final balance, which will only be cashed if the cottage is not left in the condition in which you found it. Otherwise there will be a minimum deduction of £25 for extra cleaning required, as well as the cost of replacements due to breakage.
